We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines, working across markets in APAC who will be responsible for driving Cloud Bridge’s

growth by generating and qualifying leads.

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be on the front lines, identifying opportunities, engaging prospects, and helping businesses transform with AWS.

You’ll gain hands-on experience in cloud sales, develop core sales skills, and contribute directly to expanding our presence in the AWS ecosystem.

You would be joining a Philippines based growing team

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting
  • Identify and engage potential customers through multi-channel outreach (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and events).
  • Research and qualify leads, aligning outreach with industry trends, IT strategies, and business goals.
  • Generate high-quality sales opportunities, positioning Cloud Bridge and AWS as trusted cloud advisers.
  • Sales Qualification & Engagement
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points, IT infrastructure, and cloud adoption plans.
  • Qualify leads based on budget, growth potential, and technology needs, ensuring they align with Cloud Bridge’s solutions.
  • Secure meetings for Account Managers & Solution Architects, contributing directly to pipeline growth and revenue impact.
  • Sales Process & Continuous Improvement
  • Maintain an organised pipeline in HubSpot, tracking outreach and conversion rates to optimise lead generation efforts.
  • Collaborate with the sales & marketing teams to refine outreach strategies based on data, feedback, and market insights.
  • Iterate & adapt your approach—top SDRs continuously optimise their messaging, targeting, and outreach techniques.

Essential Skills

  • English language proficiency is mandatory
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation (B2B tech/cloud experience a plus).
  • Experience in AWS is required
  • Tech proficiencies:
    • Hubspot (ideally) or Salesforce
    • Sequence/orchestration workflow like: HS Sequence, Outreach etc
    • Linkedin Navigator and other database (Cognis, apollo etc)
