Sales Development Representative

Join a high-growth team for an NYC-based custom apparel start-up

Fresh Prints is an NYC-based custom apparel startup, experiencing 60% growth Y/Y. As a business development associate you'll power the growth of Fresh Prints by working with our strategy team to develop and optimize strategic sales campaigns. You'll be in charge of developing sales funnels from scratch, ideating through new custom acquisition channels and optimizing market response. We need an enthusiastic team player who has strong business acumen, natural sales instincts with amazing communication skills!

As an SDR, you'll directly be responsible for laying the foundation to a very successful relationship with a client by kick-starting their journey with us! If you are a big thinker with a knack for developing targeted custom acquisition strategies through continuous improvement and tailored approaches, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities

• Develop outbound sales campaigns to target key markets via emails/texts/calls and other customer acquisition channels
• Field campaign responses and optimize conversion rates by understanding the client's requirements and up/cross-sell to meet them
• Work with strategy and sales to setup client calls
• Conduct market research to develop a pipeline of potential and have a clear understanding of market penetration/growth
• Develop, monitor and report key performance metrics to finetune sales campaign strategies
  
  

Requirements

• 1+ years of sales, customer service, business development, or operations experience preferred
• Strong writing ability with experience in copywriting or email campaigns
• Great verbal communicator with U.S. clients
• English fluency

Job Location: Work From Home / Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time

Salary Range: $700 base + $80 night shift allowance per month
