Position Overview

The Sales & Client Acquisition Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving EVA’s growth by identifying and onboarding new clients. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic and persuasive communicator with a knack for building relationships and closing deals. This role starts as part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify potential clients through online research, networking, and other prospecting methods.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.

Outreach and Relationship Building

  • Conduct cold calls, send outreach emails, and engage with prospects on social media platforms.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential clients.

Sales Presentations And Pitches

  • Present EVA’s services to prospective clients in a compelling manner.
  • Tailor proposals to meet client needs and address their pain points.

Negotiation And Closing

  • Handle objections effectively and negotiate contract terms.
  • Close sales deals to meet or exceed individual and team targets.

Client Onboarding

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact during the onboarding process.

Market Insights

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies.

Reporting And Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
