Are you a driven and confident sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity? Join our team as a Sales & Business Development Associate and play a key role in expanding our business. You’ll work closely with our Business Development Manager and Sales Team, helping us build strong client relationships and drive growth.
What You'll Do
Engage clients proactively through cold calling and outreach
Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners and clients
Utilize CRM systems, spreadsheets, and sales tools effectively
Support the sales team in achieving and exceeding targets
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
Education: Preferably with a background in Business/Finance
Experience: 1-2 years in sales with a proven track record
Skills: Strong customer handling, negotiation, and client-facing confidence
Tech-Savvy & Organized: Comfortable using CRM and sales tools
Personality: High confidence, emotional intelligence, resilience, strong work ethic, and integrity
