The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional shopping experience by providing outstanding customer service, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing store environment. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
- Create a welcoming and positive shopping experience.
- Meet or exceed personal and store sales goals.
- At least a SHS Graduate
- Previous experience as Sales Associate for at least 6 months is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Willing to work onsite, shifting schedule.
- Training for 10 days inside the store (Robinsons Lipa) without rest day.
- Training allowance of 364 pesos per day for only 10 days.
- Salary after the training (if passed on the evaluation) is 520 pesos per day.
- After getting hired, orientation with the client's office is required (Quezon City)
- Live selling is required, scheduled weekly (once or twice only).
- Sales Quota is 2 million to 3 million per month and per sales staff.
