Duties and Responsibilities
- Handling, updating, and assisting day-to-day loan consultant concerns/queries.
- Assisting BM's on pre-screening documents/requirements submitted by the loans consultant.
- Boost sales engagement of assigned loan consultants per branch on delivering new/renewal accounts.
- Assist in the recruitment and Onboarding of new loan consultants.
- Escalate concerns, complaints, and other issues being encountered to the immediate supervisor for quick kills and implement approved solutions on a case-by-case basis.
- Assist/execute programs implemented by the LC Relations Department.
- Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
