The Role

• The primary function of a sales associate includes working closely with individuals, groups, corporations, and communities to alleviate the financial strain of health care and future medical expenses, including inpatient and outpatient care, emergency services, dental care, consultations, laboratory tests, and more. The sales associate will deeply promote health insurance awareness, guide members, and contribute to the sales team's overall target. The role involves orienting and explaining product features with potential clients and addressing customer inquiries,, engaging them in lifetime business partnerships.
  
  

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Insurance, Business, Healthcare, Customer Service, or a similar discipline) or an equivalent solid background in selling experience.
• Must be deeply committed to nurturing the well-being of our members
• Good understanding of insurance, healthcare concepts, policies, and practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements is a plus, but not required.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• With a background in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
