Main Role: Engage customers to purchase items by providing Wow customer experiences through our service, products and store ambiance.
- ASSIST AND SELL TO CUSTOMERS / COORDINATION WITH DEPARTMENT STORE (if applicable)
Be the best brand ambassador by attending customers, according to the brand guidelines, encouraging them to buy our products by informing them on the features & benefits (Shoes, leather goods, Shoe-care, etc). Offer and explain ongoing promotional activities / mechanics to achieve sales targets. Go the extra mile to offer best customer service possible (Cross store communication, follow-up).
Coordination with Department Store Line Managers for compliance to internal guidelines. - CHECK ITEMS FOR DEFECTS
Inspect items for damage, wrong/lost price tags or stock-outs during off-peak hours. - VISUAL AND MERCHANDISE DISPLAY
Implement directions of Marketing on Visual Display and Graphics. Ensure timely preparation & display of merchandise with correct and updated price tags. - OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY
Maintain the overall cleanliness of store and organized display and stockroom.
