Job Summary:
As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend products that enhance their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand product features and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
• Achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Stay updated on promotions, sales, and product information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
