Sales Assistant (Fresh Graduate)

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
• Can do sales of the products (truck, bus, concrete equipment)
• Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Process sales orders and maintain detailed records of transactions
• Support inventory management by tracking stock levels and assisting with reorders
• Prepare and maintain sales reports and performance metrics
• Assist in the organization of promotional events and campaigns
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proven experience as a sales assistant , sales representative or in a similar role in the automotive industry
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Willing to work in EDSA Muoz, Quezon City
