General Duties And Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing
  • Oversee the day-to-day sales activities to ensure productivity and increase sales.
  • In charge of developing and managing the company vs sales account by creating and executing sales strategies that will foster relationship with existing accounts, generate and close new deals, and boost the company vs reputation in the market.
  • Responsible for managing every step of the sales process which involves but it is not exclusive to the following: monitoring sales and purchase orders, working with the dispatching team to ensure that customers deliveries are on time, and getting customer feedback, as well as handling customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Responsible in preparation of weekly, monthly and annual Sales Report, Marketing Plan & Strategy, and Financial Data for continuous innovation.
  • Responsible in setting and managing Product Pricing based on the market and competitors.
  • Engage, manage and maintain key relationships to the customers and clients to discuss their evolving needs: and understand how the company can best serve them.
  • Generate new sales lead by proactively engaging with potential customers and developing strategies to close new deals.
  • Conduct market survey research from time to time to keep up in the bench mark to identify market opportunities to grow market share in current market areas and competition status.
  • Organize and methodical approach to the sales process from prospecting to closing and after sales service.
  • Responsible in resolving customer/client related concerns and issues and take immediate action plan.
  • Overseeing accept orders from clients and customers as well as the collected payments once delivered.
  • Check and review monitoring of sales orders, balances and requisitions of orders.
  • Check and review clients/customers contracts and clients updated prices as well as collection contracts.
  • Conduct toolbox meeting to address concerns of the team as well as to train and motivate the Sales team toward hitting specified sales goals for updates, plans and to address concerns to take immediate actions.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Team for planning, orders and sales activities movement for update.
  • Build and promote strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Perform other task from time to time assigned by the management.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of any 4-year relevant course.
  • With experience in Construction or Manufacturing Industry.
  • Willing to be assigned in either of the following areas: Kaybiga, Caloocan, Cainta, Rizal, Pangasinan, Bataan and Ilocos.
