Job Summary: Hillman Realty Development Corp. is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Officer to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, development, and execution of sales and marketing strategies that drive lead generation, enhance our brand presence, and promote our real estate projects. You will conduct market research, feasibility studies, and analysis to identify growth opportunities and ensure our offerings align with market demand.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with experience managing diverse marketing ventures. You will work closely with the project development team to ensure our marketing efforts deliver the highest value to the business, driving revenue, customer engagement, and overall brand success in the competitive real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Research & Feasibility Studies:

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new market trends, customer behaviors, and competitive dynamics within the real estate industry.
  • Analyze market demand and competition to assist in product positioning, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
  • Perform feasibility studies to evaluate the viability and profitability of potential real estate projects, including site inspections, competitor analysis, and market segmentation.
  • Collect and interpret data on consumer demographics, preferences, and needs to provide actionable insights for new project development.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on market conditions, feasibility findings, and recommendations for management review.

2. Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each project, with specific targets for pre-selling, post-launch, and turnover periods.
  • Monitor sales trends and performance metrics to adjust sales tactics accordingly and optimize results.
  • Identify potential clients and generate leads by building and maintaining a network of brokers, real estate agents, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with the project development team to align sales efforts with construction timelines and project milestones.

3. Marketing Campaigns & Promotions:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote real estate projects, driving customer engagement and generating leads.
  • Design and oversee the production of marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media content, and promotional videos.
  • Organize and participate in real estate exhibitions, trade shows, open houses, and other events to showcase properties to potential buyers.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve targets.

4. Client Relationship Management:

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their requirements, answer inquiries, and provide property recommendations.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, handle post-sales services, and facilitate referrals.
  • Coordinate property site tours and presentations to potential buyers and investors, highlighting key selling points and unique features.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and payment plans in collaboration with legal and finance teams.

5. Reporting & Data Management:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, market trends, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Track and manage client information and leads in a CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date data.
  • Provide forecasts on upcoming sales targets and set benchmarks based on past performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and feasibility studies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO) is an advantage.
  • Strong project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
