POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to join our team. The Sales Intern will work closely with our prospect team to support various initiatives aimed at promoting our services and generating leads.


COMPENSATION

First Week: Unpaid (training period and assessment fit)

Following Months: From $150 to $500 (base salary + commission, with a minimum KPI of 30 prospects

toured or applied)


WORKING HOURS

First week: 10 AM - 2PM (Chicago time) (To meet and have training with the global Sales Team)

Following months: we have 3 shift for you to choose from, offer a flexibility that align better with

your professional and personal goals:

Morning shift: 10 AM to 2 PM (Chicago time) = 12 AM to 4 AM (Ph time)

Afternoon shift: 1 PM to 5 PM (Chicago time) = 3 AM to 7 AM (Ph time)

Evening shift: 8 AM - 12 PM (Chicago time) = 10 PM to 1 AM (Ph time)

Fully remote via Zoom Meetings


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the global sales team to develop and implement sales and strategies tailored to specific regions and target markets.
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce HexaPM's services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Engage with customers through active listening, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing accurate information about HexaPM's services.
  • Support the global sales team in developing and executing lead generation campaigns, taking into account cultural nuances and market differences.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in the sales field, adaptable to different cultural and business contexts
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
