About The Role
The Sales & Marketing Analyst helps drive business growth by turning data into actionable insights. You'll analyse sales trends, campaign performance, customer behaviour, and partner success to support smarter decisions and stronger strategies. Working closely with the Sales & Marketing team, you'll optimise CRM tools, improve reporting, and provide insights that keep the business moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Analysis
- Analyse sales performance across channels, territories, and partner networks.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in sales strategy.
- Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and territory planning.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to optimise CRM usage and data integrity.
- Establish a structured monthly and quarterly reporting cadence, work with the sales team and with key partners, delivering clear performance insights and demonstrating the value of the partnership through data-driven storytelling. Showcase results, highlight strategic contributions, and reinforce the reasons partners choose to work with us.
- Evaluate marketing campaign performance, including ROI and KPI tracking.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Provide insights to improve customer engagement and partner loyalty.
- Support automation of marketing and CRM efforts using platforms like Salesforce and Active Campaign.
- Prepare monthly board reports and dashboards summarising sales and marketing performance.
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and improve reporting tools and analytics frameworks.
- Managing high volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- delivering insights to a mobile and diverse team with varying responsibilities.
- Handling sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Staying current with digital trends, analytics tools, and CRM platforms.
- Adapting to changing business needs and supporting cross-functional teams.
- Engage with all levels of staff, from the CEO to junior team members, across all divisions.
- Help manage the Sales & Marketing Support staff to assist in the achievement of Departmental goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing analytics role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
- Experience with SEO/SEM strategy and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of the car hire or mobility sector is advantageous.
