Position Title: Sales and Marketing Admin
Location: Rockwell, Makati

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Marketing Admin to join our team. This role will focus on engaging with companies to post job advertisements on our job search platform, invite companies and individual users to attend and job company's iniated marketing activites like job fair, preparing necessary documentation, coordinating with government agencies, and assist for offline marketing to promote our services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contact and engage with companies to promote our job search platform.
  • Contact individual users and encourage them to register and upload their resumes in our job search platform.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales.
  • Conduct field visits to promote our job search platform and services.
  • Participate in local job fairs and networking events to increase brand visibility.
  • Track and report on sales activities and client interactions.
  • Analyze market trends and client feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to job postings and agreements.
  • Ensure all client information is accurate and up-to-date in our database.
  • Liaise with relevant government agencies (DOLE & PESO) process documents for offline marketing activities.
  • Assist in obtaining necessary permits or approvals for job postings and field activities.
  • Conduct field visits to promote our job search platform and services.
  • Participate in local job fairs and networking events to increase brand visibility.
  • Track and report on sales activities and client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or administrative roles, preferably in the recruitment or job advertising industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
