GoTeam is looking for a Sales Admin Support who will provide crucial administrative assistance to the Sales Team, handling tasks such as replying to emails, scheduling appointments, and preparing sales contracts and agreements. The ideal candidate must have knowledge of CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with administrative duties such as data entry, order processing, and appointment scheduling.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for customer orders.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide product and service information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate sales reports and analyses using CRM software and present findings to management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and timely order fulfillment.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, and route to appropriate parties.
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling of sales meetings, events, and presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and assist in developing sales strategies.


Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales support or administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software; experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
