Want to work for a fast growing and market leading start up? We are currently looking for Sales Admin Specialists to assist our Sales Team in building our network and improve our ability to cater to our buyers needs.

Reporting to the Team Lead, this role is dedicated to work on comparing price lists between a venue’s current direct suppliers vs FoodByUs Suppliers. You'll also help generate leads for the sales team to call and book more meetings to pitch our business. Ultimately, you help the business close more deals and increase our revenue. If you have good attention to detail, really love food or would like to learn about the wholesale food industry, then we would love to talk to you.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Work with the Sales Team based in Australia on new qualitative and quantitative leads
  • Use and manage Google sheet as tools and database for lead scrape and price comparison
  • Compare prices from other suppliers vs FoodByUs listed prices to help Sales reps work on getting a better pricing for our buyers
  • Manage, scrape and clean thousands of data points from a Google sheet
  • Validate information gathered as accurate (for example by cross referencing across multiple sources, e.g Google, Zomato)
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or undergraduate degree in any related field.
  • 2-5 years of work experience in Customer Service and/or Customer Support with inbound and/or outbound call handling in a BPO company.
  • Experience in data management, lead generation and working with thousands of data rows in a spreadsheet.
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills.
  • Strong analytical and comprehension skills. Excellent communication skills and attention to details.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work hard to meet deadlines and get the job done no matter what.
  • Knowledge in Hubspot preferred.
  • Some knowledge about e-commerce in the food industry is a plus.
  • Persistent, Friendly, Courteous, Sensible and Passionate about working with others.
