About The Role

As Sales Administration Officer for SB Rental, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of all data uploads within the operating lease system (LeaseWave). You will also play a key role in providing data analytics for the lease portfolio and asset inventory.

How You'll Contribute

  • Review and approve all uploaded data in the LeaseWave system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards
  • Endorse approved and cleared transactions in the system for further approval of other system users
  • Manage and lead data migration efforts, user acceptance testing and data sanitation and adhoc system processes initiatives
  • Manage the approval workflow to ensure all tasks are completed promptly, minimizing booking delays and sales deals
  • Coordinate with the Sales Assistant/Officer and other support teams to address any issues within the system processes.
  • Regularly audit data entries to ensure adherence to Key Operating Procedures, implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Identify and investigate any discrepancies between uploaded data and accounting records, working closely with the FINCON/Accounting Team to resolve issues
  • Generate reports on data accuracy and approval timelines, providing insights to management for process improvement
  • Assists and conducts training to Sales Team members on data entry processes, explain and conduct end-to-end process walk through and best practices to promote accuracy and efficiency in using the system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process enhancements and streamline data management workflows
  • Maintain thorough documentation of procedures and changes to ensure transparency and consistency in operations
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of the lease portfolio and asset inventory, identifying trends, performance metrics, and areas of improvement
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and dashboards that summarize findings and recommendations for management and stakeholders
  • Able to leverage data to drive informed business decisions and optimize lease portfolio management

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems and related field
  • With at least 3 years of relevant experience in systems management and data analytics
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL)
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data clearly
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
