MOVE is a rapidly growing start-up company in Southern California that helps businesses grow and outsource virtual employees.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Sales Admin Assistant to support our sales team with administrative and operational tasks. This role involves managing lead tracking, updating sales dashboards, coordinating client onboarding, and handling inbound calls. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Management:

  • Endorse cold leads to the marketing team for follow-up campaigns.
  • Update and maintain the contacts board and lead trackers to ensure accurate data.
  • Maintain and monitor trackers such as Internal Partner Referrals, call logs, and lead directories.


Sales Support:

  • Update and maintain the sales dashboard to reflect team progress and goals.
  • Assist in managing the sales representative's calendar by updating entries as needed.
  • Ensure the client onboarding checklist is followed and accurately recorded.


Communication:

  • Handle inbound calls and provide information or forward inquiries to the appropriate team members.


Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain and update the employee directory for internal use.
  • Generate and update trackers and reports, such as the goals tracker, to monitor team performance.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required to support the sales team and other related functions.


Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM/PM tools (Monday.com) and sales dashboards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining reports and records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Amenable to work Monday to Friday between 8:30 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in lead tracking or supporting a sales team.
  • Familiarity with creating and managing sales dashboards or other performance-tracking tools.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a willingness to take on new tasks and challenges.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $600 - $700 + $75 Allowance per month

Note: This role is only available to candidates from the Philippines and Kosovo.
