Sales Admin Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Chief caretaker of the sales office and office supplies;
• The Sales Assistant (NCR) is the sole handler and controller of PBRS and the Sales Assistant GC; The Sales Assistant (Zambales) is the OIC in the absence of the former;
• Monitor utility bills, other payables, and petty cash;
• The caretaker of all original documents from the client;
• Manage buyer database to ensure that client profile and contact details are up to date;
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients;
• Create and monitor of accounts receivables, sales collection and inventory report weekly.
• Prepare and submit the timekeeping and payroll computation of Zambales workers.
• Assigned in distribution of workers’ salary.
• Bank transactions.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Office Administration, Accounting, Marketing or any related course.
• At least 1 year experience in accounting, sales and operations.
• Above average communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive, team player attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and providing exceptional client service.
• Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Uacon, Candelaria, Zambales.
