- Encode clients details gathered from Showroom, Phone-in, Social Media inquiries, Mall Display inquiries or events
- Reports number of client inquired during mall display/event per day
- Monitors timely submission of Daily Sales Activity Report all Sales Executive
- Prepares log sheet of Sales Executive for showroom duty
- Files all DSAR and log sheet (monthly)
- Prepares memorandum for Sales Department
- Prepares Month-end sales Report for Dealer
- Send quotation and letter on intent requested by Sales Consultants for their clients
- Prepares Request for LTO Registration
- Prepares business letter as per request
- Prepares documents for vehicle release
- Orders unit from Distributors
- Ensures daily allocation of units to customers
- monitors sales deliveries
- Supervises vehicle control in the pull-out and dispatch of units
- review all sales invoices and relevant paper work for sales department
