We’re looking for a Sales Distribution and Admin Assistant who will support our sales and logistics teams in processing orders, managing inventory records, assisting with customer coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and inventory movement
  • Prepare and manage sales invoices, receipts, and delivery documents
  • Monitor and update inventory records and sales logs
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and distribution team
  • Liaise with customers and delivery partners for order fulfillment
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records for reporting and audit purposes

Qualifications

  • College graduate, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales admin, logistics, or customer support
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory systems
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
