We’re looking for a Sales Distribution and Admin Assistant who will support our sales and logistics teams in processing orders, managing inventory records, assisting with customer coordination, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the automotive industry.

- Coordinate order processing, delivery schedules, and inventory movement
- Prepare and manage sales invoices, receipts, and delivery documents
- Monitor and update inventory records and sales logs
- Provide administrative support to the sales and distribution team
- Liaise with customers and delivery partners for order fulfillment
- Assist in maintaining accurate records for reporting and audit purposes
- College graduate, preferably in Business Administration or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in sales admin, logistics, or customer support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic inventory systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
