SAFETY SPECIALIST (LAGUNA)

Role Overview

• Manages organizational security and safety activities
• Identifies, investigates, or resolves security and safety breaches
• Responds to medical emergencies, bomb threats, fire alarms, or intrusion alarms, following emergency response procedures.
• Trains subordinate security and safety professionals or other organization members in rules and procedures
• Trains employees on environmental awareness, conservation, or safety topics
• Assesses risks to mitigate potential consequences of incidents and develops a plan to respond to incidents
• Communicates security and safety status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols
• Plans, directs, or coordinates security and safety activities to safeguard company assets, employees, guests, or others on company property
• Develops security and safety standards, policies, or procedures
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree holder
• With 3-4 years of related work experience
• Preferably with experience in handling Manufacturing and Warehouse security
• Has experience in Project Management
• Preferably a Certified Security Professional (CSP) and took Basic Occupational Safety and Health training
