- Train employees to work efficiently and maintain smooth and continuous operations.
- Select and interview candidates for new positions as needed.
- Maintain employee attendance records and leave reports.
- Assist management staff in developing and implementing policies to meet business goals.
- Manage appraisals and performance evaluations for employees.
- Oversee locker assignments and uniform distribution for new hires.
- Develop a safe and achievement-oriented working environment.
- Implement production plans in alignment with approved schedules.
- Monitor ongoing work, identify problems, and find appropriate solutions.
- Initiate continuous improvements in technology and procedures for operational excellence.
- Ensure high-quality customer service by responding to questions and complaints in a timely manner.
- Establish disciplinary and behavioral standards for employees to maintain organizational efficiency.
- Supervise daily operations of assigned branch offices.
- Ensure employees follow safe work practices and adhere to company standards.
- Keep track of expenses and develop operating budgets.
- Review and approve correction plans when necessary.
- Communicate effectively with staff to address concerns and maintain a collaborative work environment.
- Proven experience in retail management. Preferably with experience in clothing and health and wellness industries.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple locations and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Must be willing to do fieldwork
- Work schedule - Monday-Saturday (Flexible time)
