Risk Systems Analyst

The Risk Systems Analyst works closely with business stakeholders to primarily implement all strategy changes related to the approval process, services, and other HC systems. The analyst plays a key role in all initiatives that directly impact HC’s decision engine, ensuring that the end-to-end process (development, testing, quality assurance) of deploying desired outcomes are achieved in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

• Creation and automation of reports – focusing on the approval process flow, big data and verification technical performance, post-approval and post-deployment monitoring.
• End-to-end ownership of the Home Credit decision engine (strategic inputs into the decision engine, approval process changes, and other Home Credit systems)
  
  

What You Need To Have

• University degree (preferred in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance or IT)
• No previous work experience is explicitly required, though some part-time or junior experience from relevant position will be considered an advantage
  
  

What Can Set You Apart

• Experience in SQL, data visualization tools (Tableau, OBIEE) and/or object-oriented programming will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in using Selenium and IntelliJ IDE is an advantage
• Experience in software testing is preferred but not required
