Our Consumer Lending Risk Systems and Strategy Execution Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig as Risk Systems and Strategy Execution Officer.

In this role, you will drive the launch and continuous improvement of the Loan Origination Solutions system, ensuring automation of credit policies and loan approvals across Cards, Personal Loans, Auto Loans, and Mortgage Loans. You will also streamline credit processes by working with policy and operations teams, and execute new business strategies through system and process automation.

What the role will entail

• You will develop, modify, test, and debug source codes for software applications.
• You will translate credit policies into workable system parameters.
• You will prepare technical handbooks and documentation for design and source codes.
• You will identify and resolve bugs to ensure smooth system operation.
• You will prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
• You will coordinate, design, deliver, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure robust implementation of new processes, system enhancements, and production releases.

What we're looking for

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Java, Python, and MySQL (must-have).
• Knowledge of Angular JS, Apache Web Server, Redis Stack, and Azure/AWS (nice-to-have).
• Familiarity with the banks Credit Operations process is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Analytical skills in creating and refining computer codes.
• Solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to scope, structure, and resolve complex issues with practical solutions.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams; prior team leadership experience is a plus.
