Position: Risk Officer - Maintenance (Intermediate)

- Research new vehicle models and create maintenance and tyre budgets.
- Update lookup tables for Rego, CTP, Stamp Duty, dealer discounts, and related data.
- Analyse and report on budgeted vs actual costs, projected excess kilometres, and sales strategies.
- Prepare maintenance and tyre budgets for contract modifications.
- Handle pricing variation requests and evaluate lease and rego quotes.
- Manage PPSR processes and maintain accurate vehicle data and active fleet counts.
- Identify sale and leaseback opportunities and support RFQs and tenders.
- Collaborate with the team on various ad-hoc tasks and projects.
Non-negotiables
- Good knowledge and understanding of fleet maintenance
- operations
- Experience working in the motor vehicle/fleet management industry - preferably as a Mechanic, Service Advisor, or in a similar role
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel
- Evidence of successful track record managing large volumes of data and manipulating data to explore and identify trends, produce estimates and calculations.
- Diploma in Automotive or a related field
