Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the non-financial risk framework, including operational risk, compliance risk, conduct risk, and reputational risk.
- Act as the primary liaison with the Chief Risk Officer, providing regular updates, risk assessments, and strategic insights.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely adaptation of internal policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure risk awareness and compliance across business units.
- Manage and mentor a team of risk officers, providing guidance on risk identification, mitigation strategies, and reporting.
- Conduct risk assessments and oversee the execution of control testing, incident management, and root cause analysis.
- Prepare and present risk reports to senior management and relevant committees.
- Support internal and external audits and regulatory examinations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of local and international regulatory environments (e.g., BSP, AMLA, FATCA, Basel standards).
- Proven experience in managing or coordinating with risk teams.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certified Risk Professional (CRP)
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Financial Risk Manager (FRM)
- Certification in Anti-Money Laundering (CAMS)
- Competitive annual base salary between PHP 2175000 and PHP 2610000.
- Comprehensive allowances and HMO coverage, including dependents.

- A permanent role based in BGC, Taguig with a hybrid working arrangement.
- Fixed day shift
