About the role:
- Lead risk assessments and monitor key risk indicators.
- Design and run assurance programs to test internal controls.
- Work closely with regional leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to address non-conformities and implement improvements.
- Deliver clear, actionable reports and support stakeholder training and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in risk governance.
- 3–5 years’ experience in operational risk, ideally in real estate or lease administration within financial services.
- A background in Economics, Risk, Accountancy, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
