Job Description
Drive Access Network engineering projects by participating in the planning of network architecture, design. Effectively coordinate team-work activities, organizing and running effective meetings. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal business partners. Helps plan projects or subtasks. Including planning required outside of the immediate or assigned tasks. Identify improvement opportunities in organizational process or technical environment. Identify opportunities to increase Access Network reliability and reduce costs. Worst Performing BSC/BTS/NODEB/LTE/ SgNB Monitoring and Resolution
Perform and accept Cluster Optimization to enhance customer experience through a structured optimization program leveraging on advanced optimization tools, methodologies and techniques. Review and approve Parameter Audits and optimization plans from vendor. Investigates and resolves voice, SMS and data benchmarking problem logs. Performs site audit, evaluates signal coverage and implements modifications to enhance signal coverage. Analyze and Approve RF Acceptance KPI Targets for New Site & Expansion.
