Director of FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) for the Markets Division is a key, senior position, requiring an experienced finance professional who can work closely with the Divisional CFO, their leadership team, and the various teams across the wider finance function.
The position drives, leads and provides strategic advice, analytics and business/commercial performance insights to achieve short-and long-term objectives for the Markets division or significant business/area within a division.
Summary
The Reward Analyst is an outstanding blended role offering an opportunity to broaden Reward expertise. Requiring both analytical and customer lens, areas of focus include analysis of market data to ensure the competitiveness and statutory compliance of Global Pay programs for the development and implementation of the framework. The incumbent will be reporting to the Head of Total Reward, APAC based in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities
- Provides comprehensive compensation analysis and support to the Asia Pacific Reward team.
- Produces and analyses data from multiple sources using statistical methods to answer Business needs.
- Conducts market research on trends and apply learned concepts onto local or regional reward context
- Recommends solutions and strategies on topics from a Reward perspective.
- Collaborates with the broader Reward team and supports the implementation of global Reward initiatives e.g. annual salary planning process, salary range development, survey processes, job evaluation, job matching and benchmarking.
- Partners effectively internally and externally across the region.
- Performs data modelling and come out with scenarios to drive desired outcomes.
- Monitors Reward programs to ensure legal and regulatory compliance and maintain awareness of market trends.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources or related field.
- At least 3 years in a Compensation Analyst or similar Reward role.
- Possesses advanced analytical and decision-making skills with strong background in market data analysis, compensation program design and development.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft applications with sophisticated skills in PowerPoint and Excel (must be proficient with pivot tables, V-look-ups, and other functions and formulas for data analysis and reporting).
- Experience working with Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP or similar enterprise HR management systems.
- Experience working on an international scale and in virtual teams is a plus.
- Strong focus on service excellence, working collaboratively with Rewards Teams and managers to provide consultation and resources to assist in decision making.
