We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Revenue Cycle Specialist to manage and optimize our claims process. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in revenue cycle management, ensuring timely and accurate billing, as well as resolving any discrepancies that may arise.

What You'll Do
Manage the end-to-end claims process to ensure accurate billing
Analyze and resolve claim denials and rejections
Collaborate with healthcare providers to gather necessary documentation
Monitor accounts receivable aging reports for timely follow-up
Implement best practices to improve revenue cycle efficiency
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management or related field
Strong knowledge of medical billing codes and insurance processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using RCM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
