About the Job

Key Duties:

• Oversee revenue cycle processes, including billing and collections.
• Ensure accurate coding and authorization of all medical services.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers for claim documentation and authorizations.
• Maintain compliance with CPT coding regulations and guidelines.
• Analyze and streamline processes to enhance revenue cycle efficiency.

Skills and Experience

Essential Skills:

• Experience in Revenue Cycle Management, particularly coding and authorization processes.
• Knowledge of CPT coding and its regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications:

• Licensing in CPT coding is preferred; however, experience with coding processes is essential.
