Location: Manila, Philippines (In Office)

The day-to-day
Conduct research and provide support for project clean-ups.
Assist in managing and updating customer accounts (CLP).
Collaborate with the finance team on various revenue-related projects and initiatives.
Support the accounting team in the monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes excluding journal entry preparation.
Assist in reconciling revenue accounts, identifying discrepancies, and proposing adjustments.
Compile, summarize, and categorize tickets related to revenue issues.
Analyze and report the frequency and prevalence of system errors and human errors.
Run and export operational reports from Klarity, Zuora, SFDC, and NetSuite.
Upload Service Orders, Master Agreements, and other relevant documents to Klarity.
Assist in ensuring that documents in SFDC are accurately synced and reflected in Klarity.
Collaborate with team members on various accounting projects and tasks.
Conduct ad-hoc revenue analysis and reporting as requested by management.
Participate in special projects related to revenue accounting and finance.
Protect the organization's value by keeping financial information confidential.
Skills and Qualifications
Currently enrolled in BS Accountancy or any other business course.
Willing to render at least 300 hours
Willing to work in our office in Net Park Building, BGC, Taguig, 1634
Schedule is dayshift, 8AM to 5PMÂ
Good communication skills, both written and verbalÂ
Has knowledge in MS Office (Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Ability to thrive in a fast-growing and fast-paced environment and strong multitasking skills
Strong organization skills, can work with minimal supervision with speed & accuracy
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality as per the Non-Disclosure Agreement
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
