JOB TITLE: Returns Associate
DEPARTMENT: Returns Department
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds via phone, email, and other communication channels.
2. Collaborate with the inventory team to assess and restock returned items that meet quality standards or to dispose of non-sellable items according to company guidelines.
3. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies related to returns, coordinating with other departments as needed to ensure accurate processing and customer satisfaction.
4. Maintain an in-depth understanding of company returns policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers and enforce guidelines.
5. Record and update details of each return transaction in the system, maintaining accuracy and integrity in all documentation.
6. Generate regular reports on returns data, identifying trends and issues to support improvements in returns processes.
7. Gather customer feedback on return experiences and report any patterns or areas for improvement to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer service or warehouse management is a plus.
2. Fluency in English and Tagalog, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
3. Previous experience in a customer service or warehouse environment, especially in handling returns, is preferred.
4. Familiarity with basic computer software and warehouse management systems.
5. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
