We are seeking a licensed and experienced physician to serve as a retainer doctor for our company. The ideal candidate will provide general medical consultations, first aid treatment, and promote overall wellness at the workplace.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and experienced physician to serve as a retainer doctor for our company. The ideal candidate will provide general medical consultations, first aid treatment, and promote overall wellness at the workplace.
Details:
- Company location: Clark Freeport, Mabalacat City, Pampanga
- Schedule:
- Two (2) 4-hour shifts on either Monday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday
- 1st 4-hour shift: 6:00AM-10:00AM
- 2nd 4-hour shift: Physician’s choice
- Rate: P500-P550/hour
- Contract term: 1 year engagement
- Conduct regular onsite consultations for employees.
- Provide immediate care for minor workplace injuries or illnesses.
- Offer general medical advice as well as preventive care and wellness recommendations.
- Collaborate with company on health-related policies and employee wellness programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential health records.
- Medical doctor with PRC license from the Philippines and BCOM certification
- Proven experience in general or occupational medicine
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for innovation in healthcare
