Qualifications
- College graduate or at least 2 years in college
- Confident and charismatic personality
- Good English and Tagalog communication skills (natural conversational style)
- Work experience in customer service is required
- With a sales or retail sales background
- Willing to work on shifting schedules
- Welcome consumers in-store, understand their needs, offer guidance, and assist with the discovery of electronic cigarettes
- Educate adults who would otherwise continue to smoke or use other nicotine products about the e-cigarette product and conduct guided trials
- Perform seamless purchase transactions, including customization, database registration, and after-sales services
- Provide exceptional customer service by executing product diagnosis, handling returns, and processing replacements in line with the company’s consumer-centric principles
