Responsibilities

Point of Sales Support:

• Troubleshoot product scanning errors and issues reported by Sites and stakeholders, including Pricing and product not scanning due to not being in the current Price file.
• Troubleshoot promotion scanning errors and issues reported by Sites and stakeholders, including Promotion mechanism, Promotional Price and Promotion not scanning.
  
  

Promotional Programs:

• Load the Monthly Promotional program onto the QuickFuel System
• Load and maintain currency of Permanent and Location Promotions on the QuickFuel System.
• Load Tobacco Pricing Programs onto the QuickFuel System
• Ensure accurate entry of Promotion details, by Product range, Dates and Locations.
• Liaise with Marketing to load promotional advertising media onto QuickFuel System.
• Maintain currency of advertising media.
  
  

Network Price maintenance and Price Change Implementation:

• Coordinate network refreshes of all price change programs ensuring the network is scanning the current approved master price files.
• Ensure Price changes are loaded onto the QuickFuel System promptly.
  
  

Point of Sales Touch Screen Management:

• Manage Touch Screen Keyboard across National, State and Site Locations.
• Create new product/promotion Touch Screen buttons.
• Provide recommendations on the current Touch Screen, improving efficiency and usability for the end user.
  
  

Qualifications And Experience

• Previous experience in managing Point of Systems and its database.
• Strong analytical.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel) and financial analysis tools.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
