Key Responsibilitie

• s:Ensure that the stores achieve financial targets through monitoring and improvement of measurable statistics that drive the busine
• ssMonitor team and individual sales targets & other metrics to provide feedback and analysis to the Sales and Business teams. This covers all the sections of your role: retail, trade and corpora
• teMonitors market situation, including competitors' activities and recommends strategies to maintain market dominan
• ceManage team resources to maximize sales, foot traffic, floor coverage, and customer engageme
