Duties And Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain building systems, including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure systems are functioning properly.
  • Perform routine and emergency repairs on building systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with building systems and coordinate with contractors or service providers as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding building operations and safety.
  • Monitor and control energy consumption to promote efficiency and cost savings.
  • Implement and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Assist in planning and executing building renovation or improvement projects.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services.
  • Address and resolve tenant or occupant concerns related to building systems and facilities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to building occupants.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
  • Prepare and submit reports on building systems performance and maintenance status.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
  • License Engr. is a plus but not required.
  • Relevant certifications such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license, HVAC certification, or similar credentials are preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge of building systems and maintenance procedures.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
