- Experience Level: Fresh graduate or 02 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong work ethic, and a team player mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to manage scheduling and handle multiple tasks effectively.
