The Research Associate is primarily responsible for providing assistance to the Unit in analyzing, evaluating and monitoring of critical macroeconomic and industry trends and prospects to support the strategic planning and budget formulation efforts of the Bank.
- Assists the Team Head and/or the Research Support Officer in the preparation of industry reports and economic news updates.
- Gathers and collates macroeconomic and industry data to update the economic database in order to provide users with timely performance indicators.
- Releases economic updates and news reports to various stakeholders in the Bank.
- Prepares internal management reports, as necessary.
- Processes and monitors the Division's expenses.
- Assists the Unit in various projects, as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably related to Business, Banking or Finance
- Adept in the needed MS Office systems, good interpersonal relationship, oral and written communication skills, service oriented
- Willing to be assigned in Makati
