Research Operations Analyst (US Wealth Management, Office-based)

Schedule: Monday - Friday (9PM - 6AM/10PM - 7AM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required

• Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, mathematics or a quantitative science
• CFA preferred
• 2 years' experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of financial markets and investments
• Proficient in Excel (including macros and pivot tables) and Powerpoint
• Strong math skills
• Strong computing skills: ability to navigate numerous data providers such as Bloomberg, Morningstar Direct, Pitchbook, Burgiss, others
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including presentation skills
• Ability to work independently

What will you do?

• Manage information within our manager database
• Provide support for our due diligence process in the form of manager analysis and benchmarking
• Developing materials and presentations for internal and external use

• Manager data & information management
• Dasseti software oversight (set up new managers and products, add manager updates, add notes, etc.)
• Data room management for potential new managers
• Assist with due diligence requirements
• Track record and portfolio company analysis and performance benchmarking
• Assist with material preparation including due diligence memo
• Provide market analysis
• Assist with manager and reference calls
• Assist with reporting
• Manage internal reporting covering market information and manager updates (i.e. quarterly asset class reviews, quarterly monitoring report for public securities, weekly private investment pipeline reports, attribution reports etc.)
• Assist with external reporting covering market information and manager updates (i.e. public manager tear sheets, quarterly reporting for private managers, etc.)
• Assist with ad hoc data requests
• Work effectively with other teams throughout the organization
• Other duties as assigned
