Research and Development Assistant

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a Research & Development Assistant to help with product development research and to recommend potential suppliers of raw materials and packaging materials for the product to be developed.

This role will also be involved in the conduction of trials and tests in order to produce a product formula that meets the requirements. The successful candidate must have a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent, as well as at least one year of relevant experience. The position holder should be familiar with batch trial runs, costing data sheets, product flow, product formulas, and assist in the conduct of nutritional analysis, microbiological analysis and shelf-life testing.

This is a work-from-home position that will occasionally require field work, and the qualified candidate must be available to begin immediately. Only those who successfully completed the pre-screening assessment will be moved on to the next stage of the application.
