Research Advisory Intern

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  

Data Collection, Analysis, and Interpretation

• Gather relevant real estate market data from various sources
• Analyze collected data using statistical methods and tools
• Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
  
  

Report Writing and Presentation

• Assist in preparing comprehensive research reports
• Create visually appealing presentations to communicate findings
• Contribute to the development of client-facing materials
  
  

Ad Hoc Tasks

• Support senior team members with various research-related projects
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions
• Assist with other tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Interest in real estate markets and trends
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
• Knowledge of real estate terminology and market dynamics
