Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic startup team. This role is fully commission-based, presenting an opportunity for significant income potential alongside the prospect of advancing to an SDR Manager position as you demonstrate your leadership capabilities and sales acumen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to generate leads and consistently set a minimum of 3-5 meetings per week.
  • Work for both COACH Advising and its clientele, contributing to a diverse portfolio of sales opportunities.
  • Maintain high performance standards; consistent failure to meet expectations may necessitate a review of your fit for the role.

Required Skills

  • Fluent English speaker with minimal accent, ensuring effective communication.
  • Strong persuasive communication skills, with an aptitude for setting meetings efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in lead generation or sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets will be viewed favorably.

Compensation And Benefits

  • This is a fully commission-based role with a potential earnings structure that includes 50% commission on the first month’s closed deals.
  • This position offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time engagement under a 1099 arrangement.
  • As you excel in setting meetings and closing deals, you will transition to a salary-based compensation model along with commissions on internal closed deals.
