Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic startup. This role is centered around lead generation and offers a unique opportunity for growth within the company, including the potential advancement to an SDR Manager position for those who demonstrate strong capabilities and leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calling to generate leads for COACH Advising and its clients.
  • Set a target of 3-5 meetings per week to ensure consistent lead generation.
  • Work towards achieving sales objectives and maintaining the commission-based compensation structure.
  • Transition to working on internal closed deals for COACH Advising as needed.

Required Skills

  • Fluent English speaking ability with minimal accent.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on lead generation.
  • Goal-oriented approach with a commitment to meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in generating leads and closing deals is preferred.
  • Experience in sales or telemarketing roles is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in a commission-based role is a plus.
