Job Description
The candidate will the one of the primary POCs on site upkeep, client visit preparations and ensures that facilities-related employee needs are attended to.
Site upkeep which includes 5 floors and management of outsourced staff.
- Assist during high level visits in addition to the potential visits being scheduled by Sales Team.
- Monitoring of site consumables and help in making sure that the site is working on the allotted budget.
- Locker and pedestal management - ensures that it is prepared on employee's Day
- Helps in managing the pantry and in ensuring that we improve on services and give our employees the best experience.
- Manages parking requests / monitoring.
- Room reservation management
- Non-IT Helpdesk Management
