Job Description
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business teams specific to Return and Refund Operations and Projects Teams.
- Drive standardization of data metrics by leveraging business knowledge and best practices.
- Analyze OKRs to identify trends, diagnose issues, and uncover opportunities for improvement.
- Identify automation opportunities to streamline reporting and data processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and ensure accurate data representation.
- Support Business Intelligence (BI) infrastructure by assisting users in accessing relevant data.
- Act as a liaison between Return and Refund Team and BI Team to ensure proper requirement definitions.
- Enhance reporting tools and systems through process improvements and technology adoption.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related quantitative field.
- With a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience.
- Advanced SQL, Google Sheets, AppScript, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of Python is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and has proven project management skills.
