What You’ll Do

Provides strong and consistent ownership of Product Repair and Equipment Engineering activities in the plant. This includes driving of on-time depletion and product repair analysis which contributes on meeting production deliverables as planned. Function also includes maintaining, commissioning, and improving new machine and tooling as needed in manufacturing process and/or as driven by Engineering change.

  • Supervise, lead, manage, and provide technical assistance to repair team which contributes in meeting the monthly commitment.
  • Responsible in Product failure analysis and relaying repair information to concerned team encountered during repair.
  • Responsible in reducing PCBA scrap by identifying defects up to component level.
  • Responsible in commissioning and maintaining Equipment and tools needed in repair.
  • Responsible in supervising and leading the equipment team ensuring the equipment availability and/or


driving faster recovery of a machine breakdown. Machines include Wire assy, Preforming, Lifter, Hoist, and Torque driver.

  • In charge of related equipment maintenance, LOTO, and machine guarding.
  • Commission new machine and tooling as needed in manufacturing process or as driven by Engineering change.


Qualifications

  • Electronics or Electrical Engineering graduate with at least 5 years relevant experience in Power Supply and/or Uninterruptible Power Supply Industr.
  • Experience in in Final assembly and PCB troubleshooting, soldering, repair, and analysis.
  • Experience in PCBA and Final assembly Functional Test.
  • Ability to understand and explain schematic diagram, Product operation and topologies.
  • Track record of demonstrable people management skills.
  • Excellent locally and globally communication skills required.
  • Experience in Machine commissioning, improvement, troubleshooting, and maintenance such as hoist, lifter, torque, crimping, preforming, and other Wire assembly machines.
  • Knowledge and solid experience in LOTO and Machine guarding.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and facilitation skills.
